A straight bourbon from Kings County Distillery in New York. It is made from 80% organic New York State corn and 20% English malted barley, distilled twice in copper pot stills, then aged for at least three years in new charred oak barrels.
It is rich in caramel, vanilla and holiday spice, and is often named in lists of the best bourbons made outside Kentucky. Other notes include grain, licorice and molasses.
