A 5 year old unpeated Japanese single malt from the Sengoku Turtle range, released in 2022 at 49.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a single American white oak cask for a little over five years.
The malt was bought from Scotland, because the Kiyosuzakura Brewery in Aichi Prefecture does not yet hold casks of that age. It is bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
