This is a 12 year old single malt Irish whiskey from Knappogue Castle, a Special Barrel Release bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It was matured in specially selected barrels for twelve years.
The nose is described as honey, vanilla and oak with gentle floral notes. On the palate there is malt sweetness, oak and subtle fruit.
