Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old is an Irish single malt whiskey made only from malted barley, in a 750ml bottle.
It is triple distilled one batch at a time in traditional onion-shaped copper pot stills, then aged for twelve years in bourbon oak casks. Its distinctive flavour is put down to the gentle distillation together with the moist, temperate climate.
