This is Knockando 15 Year Old, a Speyside single malt and an original distillery bottling, at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
Ian Thomson founded Knockando in 1898, close to Cardhu and next to Tamdhu on the left bank of the Spey. The distillery has belonged to Diageo's Classic Malts since 2005, and most of what it makes goes into the J&B blend.
