Kurayoshi Sherry Cask is a Japanese whisky from the Kurayoshi brand, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in sherry casks.
On the nose there are walnuts and chocolate peanuts, with a little cranberry. The palate brings sultana and sugary bread, followed by a touch of ground ginger. The finish is of crunchy dark sugar, stewed pears and blueberries.
