This is a single malt from the Kymsee distillery on the Chiemsee in Bavaria, finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. It was distilled in December 2016 and bottled at the end of 2019, at around four years old, at 42% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Oliver Lange is a master brewer who makes his own beer at the Chiemsee. He also brews the base for this whisky, which is triple distilled. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
