Kyoto Ki No Bi Go was launched to celebrate the Kyoto Distillery's 5th anniversary. It uses the same recipe as Ki No Bi gin, adjusted to work at 50% ABV. It uses the same 11 botanicals, macerated and distilled in the same 6 Elements, except that akamatsu (red pine) replaces hinoki in the base element.
