Kyrö Malt Rye Whisky (75cl)

Kyrö Malt Rye is a Finnish rye whisky from Kyrö Distillery Company in Isokyrö, Finland. It is made entirely from malted whole-grain rye and is double pot distilled. The whisky is matured for at least three years in new American white oak casks, which gives a combination of rye spice, sweetness and oak. The nose is described as pepper, vanilla, caramel and dried fruit. On the palate there is sweet rye bread, honey and wild berries with warming rye spice, and the finish is smooth and warming with lingering caramel and mocha.
