A single batch rye whisky made from 100% malted rye, double pot distilled and aged for at least three years in new American white oak casks. It is bottled at 47.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Rye holds a special place for Finns, and its strong character is put down to the harsh northern weather.
The nose is aromatic, with vanilla, caramel, dried fruit and earthy rye. The palate brings sweet rye bread, honey and wild berries, and a peppery finish softened by mocha and caramel.
