This is a Miltonduff single malt distilled in 2009 and bottled by the French independent bottler La Maison du Whisky as part of its Artist Collective series, number 3.5. It matured for nine years in a first-fill bourbon barrel.
The nose combines apples, pears, acacia honey, banana and passion fruit with black pepper, chilli, rosemary and honeysuckle. On the palate come mustard seeds, acacia honey, poached pears, cocoa, barley malt and savoury porridge.
