Providence 2019 is a three-year-old Haitian pot still rum, bottled at 52% and made in collaboration between La Maison & Velier and the Haitian Barbancourt-Linge family.
It is the first aged release from Distillerie de Port-au-Prince, one of the newest distilleries in the Caribbean. The rum is distilled from the natural Christalline sugar cane variety, then matured in a combination of ex-Caroni, Cognac and whisky casks.
