Label 5 Extra Rare 18 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky aged for 18 years, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is creamy, with cedar wood and strong vanilla, plus hints of cinnamon and apple pie. On the palate it is smooth and honeyed. Vanilla and cedar come first, followed by fresher fruit: apples, pears and a touch of banana, alongside cinnamon, nutmeg and butter.
The finish is long, warm and honeyed, with the creamy notes giving way to spice and a light touch of wood.
