Lagavulin 8 Year Old is a single malt from the island of Islay, in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery was founded in 1816 by John Johnston. This 8 year old was launched to mark the 200th anniversary of that founding, and takes its inspiration from Alfred Barnard, the whisky writer who visited the distillery in the 1880s.
