Lagg – Distillery Kilmory Edition (46%)

Kilmory Edition is an island single malt from Lagg Distillery, the first of two new core range whiskies from the distillery. It is named after the small parish where the distillery stands. The whisky is peated and matured entirely in first-fill bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 46% vol., with no added colour and no chill filtration, in a style that echoes the whiskies once made at the island's illicit stills. It is described as having a crisp, fresh profile, with earthy smoke and vanilla notes.
