Batch 1 of the Lagg inaugural release, the first chapter of the new distillery on the Isle of Arran. It is made from Concerto barley peated to 50ppm and matured for 36 months solely in ex-bourbon oak casks.
It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration, as a young, raw and lively whisky. The release was limited to 10,000 bottles.
It is described as island smoke with vanilla and green apple.
