Lagg – Kilmory Edition (70cl, 46%)

Kilmory Edition is the flagship single malt from Lagg Distillery and the first bottling in its standard range. It is matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring. The malted Concerto barley is peated to 50ppm. Mashing produces a cloudy wort, which gives a more oily and fuller flavour, and the yeast and fermentation time were chosen to build the full-bodied character that the Lagg style aims for.
