A red wine made from Lagrein grapes and produced with biodynamic practices. It has an intense ruby colour, with dark berry fruit, ripe cherry, floral nuances and light spicy, earthy notes on the nose. The palate is full-bodied, with good structure and soft tannins; acidity supports the sip, with plum, black cherry and a hint of dark chocolate. Versatile with grilled meats, roasts, aged cheeses and everyday savoury dishes. Serve around 16-18 C, with brief aeration before serving.
