A rosé wine made with biodynamic methods, intended to show freshness and lightness. It has a pale pink colour and a clean aroma of small red fruits, fresh flowers and a hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is slender, with good acidity and delicate tannins that support the structure without weighing it down; fruity returns and a pleasant savoury finish invite another sip. Serve fresh, around 10–12 °C, with light fish dishes, summer salads, delicate cured meats and starters, or as an aperitif. Best enjoyed young.
