Pinot Bianco SassPinot IGT - Riedingerhof

A Pinot Bianco from Riedingerhof, made to biodynamic criteria. It shows a straw-yellow colour with green reflections, with aromas of apple and white flowers and a subtle mineral note. On the palate it keeps good freshness, with a savoury-acid balance that supports the fruit without being intrusive. The body is light to medium, the finish clean, leaving a pleasant simplicity that invites another sip. Serve fresh, around 10-12 C, in not too wide glasses, with lean fish, grilled vegetables, delicate risottos or as an aperitif.
