Select is a single malt from Laphroaig on Islay, in a 70cl bottle. It is a vatting of casks chosen by hand by the distillery's own team.
Those casks then go through a second maturation in new American oak, which is known for the exotic aromas it gives a whisky. Here it meets a peated, iodine-led spirit.
