Laphroaig The Cask Lore is a single malt Scotch bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured with exposure to different woods and varying levels of maturation, which gives it a bright golden colour.
The nose is led by intense peat smoke and sea minerals, with a touch of ash and chocolate. On the palate it is lively, with bitter chocolate, ash and a spicy hint of chilli. The finish is short and dry, with a sweet aftertaste that lingers.
