Ledaig – 2005 17 Year Old Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection Single Cask 900038 (70cl, 65%)

A single cask Ledaig, the peated whisky from Tobermory, distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2023 at 17 years old by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection. It was matured in a single refill Oloroso sherry butt, cask 900038, which gave 388 bottles at a natural cask strength of 65%, without colouring or chill filtration. Young cask strength single casks from 2005 started the enthusiasm for Ledaig in 2009, and some of them still come in above 60% at 17 years old.
