La Légende du Chardon Ecossais is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV. It is named for the thistle, Scotland's national emblem and a symbol of pride and resilience.
The whisky was matured in selected oak casks.
The nose is delicate, with golden honey, ripe fruit and a hint of Highland heather. On the palate come baked apple, creamy vanilla and gentle spice, with a light touch of smoke. The finish is long and warm, with caramel, toasted oak and a note of sea salt.
