The whisky spent all 34 years maturing in a single Bourbon barrel.
The nose is creamy, with salted caramel and baked goods, recalling souffle pancakes and Basque cheesecake. The palate opens with fresh sweetness and a silky texture that turns creamy, with citrus and oak. The finish is fresh, light and citrusy.
