A liqueur from Bottega, made from aromatic herbs and selected spices in the Venetian tradition. It has an intense black colour and a deep aromatic profile with notes of liquorice, rhubarb and balsamic hints, balanced by refined sweetness and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Ageing in wooden barrels adds complexity and roundness. It works as a digestif after a meal and can also be used in cocktails with a bold, enveloping character.
