This is an 11 year old Glentauchers from the Living Souls range, matured in first-fill Saint-Emilion barriques and bottled at 59.1% ABV.
The nose brings toffee apples, cookie dough and banoffee pie. The palate shows cola, liquorice, pine resin and dark chocolate. The finish is soft, and shows the depth of the Saint-Emilion casks.
