Inchmurrin 12 Year Old is an unpeated Highland single malt from Loch Lomond. The spirit is made in the distillery's straight-neck pot stills, which give a lighter, more estery character. It is bottled at 46%, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
It matures for 12 years in three styles of American oak cask: refill, re-charred and bourbon.
The nose is fresh pear, green apple, peach skin and lemon zest with vanilla cream and floral notes. The palate is bright and juicy, with peach, pear drops, melon and citrus oils. The finish is medium to long, with orchard fruit, vanilla and soft spice.
