The whisky is matured in three kinds of American oak cask: bourbon, refill and re-charred. The spirit is made in both straight neck stills and more traditional swan neck stills.
Peach and pear lead the character, alongside the sweetness of vanilla and a gentle hint of smoke in the finish.
