A 30 year old Highland single malt from Loch Lomond, bottled at 47% ABV. Only spirit from the Straight Neck pot still was used for this edition.
The whisky matured first in American oak and then received a finish in first fill Oloroso sherry casks.
It is described as honeyed and fruity, with peach, melon, vanilla and cinnamon, alongside sherry cask and aged oak character.
