This is a 47 year old Highland single malt from Loch Lomond, released as Part 3 of the Remarkable Stills Series. The nose opens with toffee, orange and green apple, with floral rose notes, followed by sultanas, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate it is velvety, with caramel and vanilla alongside crisp green apple, melon and kiwi, and floral elderflower. The finish is long, with brown sugar and cinnamon spice.
