The nose is often described as freshly cut barley fields with a malty edge, baked apples and gentle lemon zest. The palate is sharp and delicate, with pineapple juice and lemon peel before a vanilla sweetness at the end. The finish is gentle, with soft fruit and a juicy sweetness.
