A 9 year old peated single malt from Loch Lomond, made in the Inchfad style and distilled on 23 March 2016. It was bottled in November 2025 at 58.4% ABV for the Infrequent Flyers series, in a 70cl bottle, one of 272.
The whisky was finished for five years and seven months in a virgin oak barrel. It has a burnt amber colour.
The nose is young but intense, leaning towards velvety phenols and sweet iodine rather than dry peat smoke, with candyfloss and green grapes. The palate is full and powerful, with candyfloss, crème brûlée, caramelised toasted oak and dried figs, plus a spicy note of nutmeg.
