Inchmoan 12 Year Old is a peated Highland single malt from Loch Lomond. Its name comes from the nearby loch, the distillery's main source of water. The whisky is peated to 50 ppm and made using two kinds of still, swan neck and straight neck pot stills. It matured for 12 years in American oak and ex-bourbon casks, and Michael Henry, Loch Lomond's master blender, gave it its final touch. Gentle smoke is lifted by spice and wood, with vanilla notes alongside the peat.
