Loch Lomond Original is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40%. Whisky has been distilled at Loch Lomond since 1814, and this is also the official whisky of The Open golf championship.
It is described as light in sweetness, with subtle herbal notes.
The nose offers soft honey, vanilla, light citrus and a hint of oak. On the palate it is round and smooth, with toffee, ripe pear and a light grainy note. The finish is medium in length and softly spicy.
