Steam & Fire is a single malt from Loch Lomond in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is matured in three types of American oak cask, then given a 10 month finish in heavily charred casks that have been fired at the distillery's own cooperage.
The charred oak shapes the flavour, with melted brown sugar, a rich buttery mouthfeel and notes of orange and dark chocolate.
