Steam & Fire is a single malt from Loch Lomond, distilled using a combination of straight neck stills and swan neck pot stills.
The spirit matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and refill American oak, then spent nine to ten months in heavily charred casks to finish. Those casks were toasted in the distillery's own cooperage. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
In the glass it is described as silky on the palate, with orange, peach, marmalade, coffee, melted brown sugar and toasted marshmallow.
