Loch Lomond Steam & Fire is a Highland single malt, twice distilled in both the straight neck stills and the swan neck stills of the Loch Lomond distillery. After an initial maturation in American oak casks, it spends 10 months in a finish in first-fill, heavily charred casks, which are charred in the distillery's own cooperage.
It is bottled at 46% without chill filtration. The notes describe a soft character with oranges, brown sugar and dark chocolate.
