This is the 2026 Special Edition from Loch Lomond, made as the official whisky of The Open Championship and honouring the 154th Open at Royal Birkdale.
The Highland single malt was distilled entirely in the distillery's straight neck pot stills, under master blender Michael Henry. After maturing in American oak, it spent six months finishing in Argentinian Malbec casks, which bring dark berries, red fruit and a gentle spice. It is bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtering.
