Falloch is a 16 year old Highland single malt from Loch Lomond, part of the Waypoint Series, a limited edition that celebrates the natural landmarks around the distillery.
It was distilled in swan-neck stills and matured in three types of American oak Bourbon cask, followed by a 12-month finish in ex-Cognac barrels.
The nose shows ripe orchard fruit, honeyed malt and delicate floral notes. The palate brings baked apple, vanilla, light toffee and a hint of warming spice. The finish is medium to long, with sweet malt and soft oak.
