This is the 2025 Longrow 100° Proof, a peated single malt bottled at 50% ABV. It was matured for almost four years in refill bourbon casks and then for over two years in refill pinot noir casks. The usual Longrow peat smoke is joined by the subtle influence of the red wine casks. It is bottled at proof strength, as a contrast to the Longrow Peated.
