Longrow – Peated

Longrow Peated is a single malt from Campbeltown, matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. Smoke is the thread running through it. On the nose it builds gradually behind creamy vanilla custard, toasted marshmallows and herbs, with rich fruit emerging after a while. The palate is rich and creamy, well balanced, with a gentle medicinal touch. Smoke is present throughout and coats the mouth in waves, like soft drifts from the kiln, and it stays on into a long, gentle finish.
