This is a Speyside single malt from the Tamdhu distillery, from 2006 and matured in a sherry cask. The sherry influence is gentle.
The nose is delicate, with apple, creamy sweetness, soft sherry and a trace of earthy aromas. On the palate it is well balanced, with caramel, nutty notes and apple. The finish is long and keeps its fruitiness.
