It matured exclusively in sherry oak casks, and it is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
Summer fruits stand out on the palate, followed by a long finish. Tasters also describe Christmas cake, caramel and cherry on the nose, with marzipan, cooked apple and fresh pear in the mouth.
