Tamdhu Batch Strength IV, labelled 004, is a Speyside single malt from a distillery founded in 1897 on the banks of the River Spey. It matures only in oloroso sherry casks, hand-selected for this release, with a high proportion of them first-fill.
The deep copper colour comes from the cask alone, and the whisky is bottled unchillfiltered at high strength.
