Lugana DOC Ca Nova - Cecilia Beretta

A white wine from Cecilia Beretta, grown on the shores of Lake Garda where mild climate and morainic soil suit the Turbiana grape. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and a fresh bouquet of white flowers, citrus and light mineral notes. Ageing takes place in steel, preserving the purity and freshness of the fruit. On the palate it is balanced, with pleasant acidity that gives longevity and ease of pairing. It suits fish, shellfish and white meat dishes.
