Valpolicella Superiore DOC Mizzole Cecilia Beretta

A red wine from Cecilia Beretta, made in the Valpolicella zone of the Veneto. It is produced from native grapes, typically Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, selected to highlight the aromatic profile and structure of the denomination. In the glass it is intense ruby red, with aromas of ripe cherry, violet and spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco. Ageing, probably in well-measured oak barrels, gives a velvety softness and balanced tannin. It pairs well with Veneto dishes such as roast meats, game and aged cheeses, expressing harmony between territory, tradition and modernity.
