Luretta Spumante Pas Dosé 36 Mesi

A sparkling wine with a fine, continuous perlage and an elegant, taut texture. With no dosage, the purity of the sip comes first: the nose shows bread crust, fresh yeast, lemon zest and green apple, with light white floral suggestions. Thirty-six months on the lees gives a soft texture without heaviness, leaving room for bright acidity and pleasant savouriness. In the mouth it is dry, precise and lively, with a contained body supported by good structure, persistence and a vivid citrus return. It is best served cold, around 6–8 °C, as an aperitif or with raw seafood, sushi and light fish dishes.
