Mac Na Mara Port Cask Finish is a Scotch blended whisky bottled at 40%. After its main maturation it was given a second period in casks that previously held port.
The nose brings red fruits, ripe plums and honey with a touch of soft spice. The palate is silky, with wild berries, dark chocolate and vanilla, along with oak and dried fruit. The finish is generous and carries the winey character of port, with a gentle malty warmth.
