Macallan – Anecdotes of Ages Sir Peter Blake (47.7%)

A single malt Scotch whisky from Macallan, part of the Anecdotes of Ages collection made with the British pop artist Sir Peter Blake. He designed a special label and packaging, with artwork drawn from the history of the Macallan Estate, its landscapes and its characters. It is bottled at 47.7% ABV. The nose has ripe dried fruit, figs and raisins, with sherry, honey, ginger and a little oak. The palate brings sweet raisins, dried dates, dark chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg, with vanilla, orange peel and a touch of clove. The finish is long and warming, with sherry, oak and a light smoky note.
